What could a changed state of mind do for you?
Can you remember the last time you felt complete mental clarity? How often does this happen for you? Do you often feel a burden on your mind, your stress and anxiety getting the better of you? Do you struggle with mental illness and find it impossible to balance your mental health care with the demands of your daily life? Do you want to improve your mental health, and learn coping mechanisms that can help you become more available for focusing on the people, and the tasks that you love?
Integrative health is digging to the roots of you. Healing takes time and having a provider that knows the layers of health, mental wellness, relationships, family dynamics, emotional discomforts and trauma healing is needed to get to the root causes. Emerald believes in whole person health and wants you to live and feel your best.
I noticed that working with others through empathy, compassion, practical coping skills and problem solving was creating real, visible change within me and my loved ones. Now, it’s my mission in life to help others navigate their own mental battles by sharing the skills I’ve developed throughout my own journey.
“If you have good thoughts, they will shine out of your face like moonbeams, and you will always look lovely.”
What I do…
If you have landed here, my hope is to guide you to a place that brings confidence in all areas of your life. Chances are you here because you are struggling with gaining control of your life secondary to past or present experiences with addiction or habit that you can’t seem to get out of.
When you work with me 1:1 , teaching your mind to rest is one of the first steps we take. I believe in a system of looking at your past, your present, and looking toward the future, coupled with an honest look at what your mind, body, and soul has experienced, is experiencing, and what we hope to experience.
When we are honest about our strengths and weaknesses, the struggles outside of our control, and the desires of our heart, we begin to, in a sense, clean out the clutter of our mind. Like the spring cleaning of our home, the cleaning of our mind makes way for new things to take up space. New organization methods are implemented, the dust bunnies in the corner and dark cluttered closets are cleaned out. And without the proper tools and intentions of upkeep in this new space, they will inevitably become cluttered and dusty again. I’m here to help you with the initial cleaning, and give you the skills to find balance in this lifetime.
