What makes your soul soar with delight?

Do you know what your soul calling is in life, the thing that you feel most called to do? How do you know when you’ve found it? Finding your soul purpose is like falling in love with someone; when you know, you just know. I found my soul purpose in helping others find beauty in their lives, in themselves, and with their loved ones. This, and being a mother are my two great callings in life, and I didn’t discover that immediately. I believe that all of us come into this world with the innate need to connect to others, and along the way, connections are lost or soiled through the pain of others, our own pain, trauma we’ve experienced, malevolence, or the various uncontrollable ebbs and flows of life. When those connections are broken, they leave us reaching for something else to replace it; for many, this is addiction, abusive or unhealthy relationships with others, escapism through media, etc.

The heart is a hungry alter, and we are all starving.

If we wait until we are ready, we’ll be waiting for the rest of our lives.
— Lemony Snicket

How do we feed our hunger for connection?

In order to begin feeding this hunger we all have and fill this void in our lives, we have to reconnect, evaluate ourselves and our past, and begin repairing/patching these holes. With this, we are able to find meaning in our lives apart from whatever coping mechanisms we have. I believe that when we rediscover the ways that we are missing these connections, we begin to heal and grow into the people we are meant to be, and are free to find our true soul purpose in life. Since it is my passion to help you find your own, I want to walk you through step by step of this process, and watch you succeed in ways you didn’t know you could. After years of feeling helpless, lost, and broken in many ways, I finally found healing through the steps I took that actually worked for me. I know that we are all different, and come from different struggles, backgrounds, family dynamics, traumas, and fears. Working with only a few clients at a time has allowed me to cater my work to be specific to the individual, instead of trying to fit you into a box you don’t fit in. We can do this, together.
